Perfect and very deep bathtub.

The tub arrived with a significant cracked left corner. The tub could not be repaired. I immediately submitted a claim with Wayfair and the manufacturer. Wayfair informed me the manufacturer needed to respond and would resolve the matter. One business day later the manufacturer punted me back to Wayfair. I submitted another replacement request to Wayfair and still waiting more than two business days after the second submission waiting for a resolution. Meanwhile my bathroom is demolished and waiting for the tub. I have no timeline and path forward. No one disputes the tub requires replacement. I am stuck in the middle while the distributor and manufacturer go back and forth over who pays. This is ridiculous and the customer should never be in the middle or delayed for something like this.

We love the depth and width of this tub. Going from our original 30 inch alcove to this 32 inch alcove, makes a difference! There’s just more room when you soak. Plumber installed it with no problems.

Fabulous! I wanted something to so in and this is it. It's deep and so roomy. Love it
