We installed a similar Duravit toilet in our first phase of renovation and think it looks really sharp. We invested in the one where the plumbing profile is hidden at the base as it was in a more visible space. Will be installing this one soon. Overall the shape is really great, the flush handle is modern and clean. Only complaint is the tank and toilet are sold separately which I didn't realize until after the toilet arrived so had an $80 surprise to add the tank.
