Description does not match the picture. I still don't have the correct part even after sending customer service the correct model number that I looked up myself. In spite of giving this information to 3 different people, I was still sent the wrong part three times. I tried to return all three but they only took one back so I had to donate the other parts to Habitat. In addition, I still have to purchase the correct part from somewhere else. Customer Service tried but the info did not translate past them for some reason. Very frustrating.

Bought this fan and had an electrician install it. The fan and light turn on, but the remote doesn't work unless it's about 4 feet from the fan. I thought it might be the batteries that came with the remote so I put brand new batteries in. Still the same issue; remote works great up to 4 feet away, but if you go past that you can't use it. I contacted their support about the issue and they've been no help at all, even asking me if I tried changing the batteries after I told them that was the first thing I did. So at this point I'm probably going to buy a second remote so I can actually use the fan.

Lovely silent attractive fan. Quality product. Best for a smallish bedroom.
