To be transparent, my 1 star is based completely on the absolutely horrendous customer service I received from the seller and from Wayfair with this order. I ordered 3 boxes, requested cancellation the same day (found the same thing cheaper at a home improvement store). 3 days passed before I received any communication about my cancellation request and was told the order was already in production so could not be cancelled. When the order finally shipped 3 weeks later, it was shipped as 3 separate items. I have still only received 2 of the 3 packages but all 3 were marked delivered. Any attempts to reach out to Wayfair have resulted in the same message-I need to wait 3 days to see if the package shows up. All of this trouble just so I can pay $90 return shipping even when the order could have been cancelled. Customer service is very poor and attempting ti connect with a real person has been essentially impossible, so unfortunately, I won't be ordering anything from Wayfair in the future.

Easy to install. Good wood quality. Was looking for a product that was not made with the black soundproof matt. Take precaution to layout and match colors. 3 different batch colors in 6 boxes

This is a thin shiplap wood panel and it looks unique in the size and great in the color. Did it across the wall for a headboard-fantastic!
