Everything was There, no missing parts. However, during assembly, one long scew came out on the side. I felt a hard portion while installing the screw. I suspect a hard knot on the good that sens the screw sideways.

Again great door for the in-law suite. Great space saver

I had so much excitement in the way I envisioned this door in our space, but it’s been a pretty big pain to install. First, the door comes primed and is simple to paint prior to building. The build is pretty simple but the instructions lack some pretty important details. Step 1 says, “place the track 85 516” above the floor and mark position of spacer holes”, but then beyond that it says, “height from floor to track’s hole 85 516””, so you have to be careful with which instruction to follow. It also does not tell you if you should leave a gap between the door panels when installing hinges, which is important since the holes for hinges are not predrilled. We left a gap based on some research, but I was still very hesitant to drill the holes. Finally, it tells you to screw the floor guide into the floor, but there is no clear instruction as to where it should go in relation the door frame or the door. Our provided floor guide piece is tremendously bent, whereas the piece that is inserted into the door to set the door is at about a 60 degree angle rather than 90, so it can’t even be used. After attempting install with it, the door is not level and it sits out a bit further than anticipated and is very shaky on its rail. I will be reaching out for the replacement part, but still feel that overall, the door is a lot of work and needs better instructions for something that requires so much “damage” in terms of drilling into your wall, floor, and the frame. Accuracy is critical, so detailed instructions are necessary and lacking.

Easy assembly, somewhat quiet when opening and closing. Unfortunately, one of the panels came a little damaged.
