Assembly was easy. Instructions were clear and pieces fit together well. Flaws are the big gap around the door, only one hole for the faucet when it was advertised as 3, and the overflow cap is too small and falls out.

Absolutely love this vanity love how it’s got the legs so it looks more elegant than one without like the last one I had and I love that it has the shelf a lot don’t when they are this small. It seems like it’s going to be pretty durable

The sink we received did not match the pictures for this vanity. The sink only has one faucet hole instead of three. We have been going. Back and forth with the manufacturer/Wayfair for a week now, with no good solution. We just want the sink vessel with 3 holes, as advertised. Absolute waste of time, avoid this at all cost if you already have a faucet selected. The vanity itself feels cheap and doesn't come with adjustable feet. There's a huge gap in the door, which can't be adjusted with the hinges. Edit: Wayfair sent a replacement unit with the exact same issue. The description and pictures of the sink are false.
