Really bad finish that shows very hard to remove fingerprints just by touching it. It required Dawn dishwashing liquid (like the Exxon Valdez birds needed) to remove them. Missing a cut out on the shelf so it is unusable. Particle board construction, NOT plywood so it will be hard to try to cut out a U channel for the waste pipe. There is a bump on the edge of the ceramic vanity top that perhaps would be a reason to return if not for the really low, low price. Saving grace is the size, low price and good hinges.
