Item arrived in four short days in perfect condition. Its looks so much nicer in person! It comes with the sink top that is ceremic as well as the cabinet and hardware. You have to supply the P trap and faucet. The door close smoothly and quietly. The back is open enough to allow for plumbing placement. My husband installed in on his own. If you are reasonably handy you should be able to do the installation yourself too.

A lot to assemble! Wasn’t bad except the directions weren’t very clear. Some mistakes made and had to redo. Overall very sturdy and well made. Looks very nice too. I would definitely recommend this but be ready for a tedious assembly!

Very happy with the 30” Vanity. It was a change of plans and experience going from a 24” to 30” because we needed more storage and had initially chosen to go smaller and decided it was not the best decision. Love the new vanity and the finish of the cabinet and the ceramic top. Great purchase!
