The resin top is fantastic. Love the design – – how it curves in at the sink and also the hand holds on the sides. We really like the design of the vanity, however, the directions were practically nonexistent. They don’t give you an assembly order. Also, I’m a bit concerned with the longevity of this piece as I think it may need extra reinforcement to make the cabinet more sturdy. I’m going to have my contractor add some L brackets to reinforce it, and hopefully it will last for many years to come.

This is a great vanity for small spaces. It's wall mount and off the ground, so you can maximize your space! We are using this in the mens bathroom at our workshop. The top and vanity body are shipped in separate boxes. The instructions for assembly were in the sink top box, you need those! The top has two handles build into it for hand towels I assume. It's a clean looking vanity with a quality solid surface top.

I received the ADA sink base and top in two separate boxes. One box had instructions and the other box had the screws and bolts. The instructions were not step by step which made it a little difficult to build however the exploded diagram was fairly large so that helped. The whole cabinet base is mdf. The cabinet does not have a back or any shelves. The color is a nutty brown shown in pictures. The vanity top is a seamless white solid plastic. It does not come with a faucet or door pull. Faucet is a single hole. I think cabinet door pulls would make it easier to open the doors. This does require you to have both a drill and screwdriver. And it requires additional white caulk.

Although it looks nice, this vanity is not ADA-compliant due to incorrect knee clearance. It does not comply with ADA FBC 306.3 MIN toe clearance shall be 11" (21" - 12.4" + 8.6"). I will be returning this item.
