As other reviewers have noted, this is a high-quality cabinet made of veneered plywood rather than fiberboard. The compact size works well for a small bathroom. I did need to add a shim to one corner of the upper bearing surface to get the basin to sit on it without rocking. A few notes: 1. On account of the small size of the cabinet, your drain height will need to fall within a narrow range for your P-trap to fit, about 20"-24" above the floor. Any lower and the trap won't clear the bottom of the cabinet, any higher and you won't be able to squeeze the trap below the tailpiece on the drain. If your drain stub falls outside this range you probably need to modify the drain inside the wall; 2. The cabinet is only about 15.5" wide inside. This means you will probably not be able to attach the vanity to two adjacent studs with screws. The instructions advise the use of drywall anchors, but a drywall anchor seems inadequate and will loosen over time. I elected to open the wall behind the vanity and add cripple studs to either side, then patch the drywall (conveniently the vanity completely hides the patched area). The cripples are then only 13" OC, allowing screws to be driven into them from inside the cabinet. Overall great little unit- wish it came in more colors!
