This was pretty easy to put together. It is so pretty and fits perfectly in my bathroom, giving me more space while looking so stylish and modern. It looks and is exactly as described and a good price. I am so glad I chose this. I have more room in my bathroom and the drawer and cabinet are very roomy for my things, surprising for a small cabinet. Would recommend!

I would give this product a 35. The look of the vanity is nice and now that it is built, I am sure it will work well. The reason I give it a 35 is because of the build instructions. The instructions don’t offer a lot of help. If it wasn’t for some intuition, I would have had more difficulty assembling it. As you can see in the photos, there are two different pieces that are labeled “10.” Often the instructions lacked information on how to assemble and I had to guess or just figure it out without the instructions. One issue I had while building was that the holes to fit the bolt was impossible to get to because of the build order. I had to disassemble in order to reach the right hole and then reassemble. One plus is that the product comes with a lot of extra screws and bolts. Also, the sink does not attach directly to the vanity. It looks like the vanity needs to be attached to the wall and then you set the sink onto of the vanity and attach the sink to the wall as well. Then you use glue to attach the sink to the vanity. At least this is my best guess. Because there are no instructions.

This a small (18) cabinet with a one-hole sink, which is perfect for a garage basement bathroom. The faucet is not included. There is a small drawer and a one door cabinet. The hardware is all included, but you need your own tools. There are a lot of parts and it took me two hours to put together. It is sturdy and looks nice.

Obviously I haven’t had a chance to install it yet but I’m putting this in a tiny bathroom at one of my offices and can’t wait…finding something compact that also hides the pipes is sometimes hard but this design nailed it. Looks great. Assembly was fine.

This is a VERY tiny sink. Great for a child’s bathroom or maybe a small salon bathroom. I can’t use it for a sink as planned because the sink is so small. Decided to use it as a decorative piece for plants. As a reference the little pots are 4 inches and the larger one six inches. Buyer beware.
