Frosted Glass Wood and Solid Wood Standard Door

Received my door for my bedroom it’s a very nice door will be purchasing another one really soon.

I would give zero stars if I could. This was our choice for a pocket door because we didn't want MDF door in the bathroom. The images looked nice. But that's where the good things ended. First, the door was not shipped by the time it was supposed to arrive, eight days no action. EightDoors have no phone number to contact. Their web page has an interactive page for contact, but when you hit "send" on the form, it states "failed to send". No customer service whatsoever. Wayfair had no contact phone number for them either, only email. The Wayfair customer service person tried everything to get the shipping attended to, opened investigation, emailed them, changed the delivery address with the same one, and it finally worked. The door arrived a week late. I have contractors working on the bathroom, and a week is a long time for them. When we opened the door, it was cracked (images below). Wayfair wanted to replace it, but who is going to pay for my contractors for the two week delay? Now I have to deal with a return... And get the MDF door I didn't want in the first place. Do not deal with EightDoors, there's no one to address any issues. I would recommend that Wayfair considers dropping their product too until they provide adequate customer service. This is by no means Wayfair's fault, but they suffer from it when clients are not happy.

Great looking solid wood doors for a good price

not sure if it's the door or the installation, but it has some scuff marks on the edges and it doesn't slide well.
