This is an excellent door. It is solid. I did have to have it professionally installed since my house is a bit crooked. As you can seen in the pic where the door looks like unfinished wood on the side with the hinges, that's where the installer had to trim down the door to make it fit in the wonky space. As you can see, that's wood. Nice solid wood. The door is a very nice addition to my house. It looks modern while still maintaining a vintage feel. I will purchase a second door 100% for sure for my other room. I wanted to make sure this one was quality and it definately is. It was also packaged very well and delivery was smooth and without damage. I would purchase this item without any worry. It is a very nice door and definatley a nice addition to your home.

Do not buy. This is not a Wayfair issue, this is a manufacturer issue. The product was shipped directly from the manufacturer and it came damaged and looked like it was in a flood. It deserves zero stars.

Love this solid core door. We are currently renovating our home and replacing all door with solid core doors. This is the one my daughter wanted for her room. She is currently painting it bright pink. I purchased this as an open box item and the door came in perfect condition. I don't believe the person who initially ordered it ever opened the box. We were able to trim it easily to fit her door opening. I love the weight and the style of the door very modern with clean lines. Another great open box find.

Love this door for our remodel. We tore down a #100yearoldfarmhouse and repurposed the wood for our cabin. I wanted a vintage pocket door for our master bath. I purchased decals on etsy. ❤️
