I ordered two faucets. One was fine but the other has a scratched finish. Now I have to wait for the manufacturer to reply to get a replacement which is delaying my project.

Read the specifications carefully and you'll notice that the circumference of the faucet and fittings is not available. There's also no photograph available of the hardware and fittings. This faucet does not fit all sinks and is not a standard size.
