I ordered a six-foot door pediment (to replace an existing six-foot door pediment) but a five-foot door pediment was delivered. The delivered item is a foot too small, so cannot be used or adjusted. I am trying to arrange an exchange or return but have had no success so far. Very disappointing.

Product was just what we wanted. The delivery time was not, it was ordered Nov.11,2019 was to be delivered Dec.8th. Due to the large size it went by way of freight trucking, communication with trucking company was robo voice message. Final arrival was Dec.27th. It was a long process, with little, to no communication.
