I placed this above a door moulding...very beautiful!!! It arrived safely,carefully wrapped on a pieve of cardboard. The piece itself is some sort of plastic material, made to look like plaster. The design is really great..not too fussy, very feminine, and not dull. A beautiful accent to a female sanctuary.
