Who knew you could buy such a thing at Wayfair? This chair rail worked perfectly to accent the perimeter of our fireplace hearth. It was easy to cut and install and it finished nicely with our acrylic trim paint. I highly recommend.

Wish I could have ordered a shorter sample. Then I would have known that it does not have profile I needed before having to order a full piece and destroy it by cutting my own short price. Now I can not return it but also can not use it.

got this chair rail for the dining area and foyer. perfect width. love the material because it cuts so easily, installs easily, and nails didn't split it (that was a big plus!). I installed it using painters caulk and held in-place with some 18-gauge brad nails. the brad nails did not split the material at the ends where I secured the returns. project turned out great, and this simple piece of chair rail makes the area look so nice.
