Now I understand why I was paying less on Wayfair. The Crosshead is of poor quality, probably failed QA test at manufacturer facility. Very much disappointed with this purchase. Did not pay attention to the minute details when shipment arrived but this morning installer pointed out all those defects. Too late to contact Wayfair but learned something.

Best product but shipping takes too long.

Its Absolutely BeAUtiful

The look is great, but we had to sand a few rough spots first. Still worth it for how much it helped our curb appeal.
