At least 3 pieces came damaged… no instructions included. Thankfully my husband is handy and was able to still use everything. It does look great on the wall

This is a disgrace! We received a bunch of loose sticks, no box, no instructions, no packing slip. Large loose pallets thrown in our driveway. We were not home or we would not have accepted this. We paid close to $1000.00 for a bunch of trash. We have no idea if the order is complete. This is unacceptable.

Everything comes as one size and you need to be able to cut it. Why do they even list various sizes if everythings come in one long size. Not all customers have the resourses to cut things themselves. Also, when cutting it, the sizes do not cut evenly based on the different sizes.
