Not flexible. Was using to wrap around beam and look like wrought iron with what looked like bolts going through. In one photo shows how nice it looks. The next shows how split clean

Poor quality cracks easily or breaks in half

Not at all what I expected, donated it to the local thrift store.

Very stiff and twisted out of the box. Hard to get around the corners of our 12 inch beams. Managed to glue and tack it in place. 5 days later every strap had cracked or completely broken at the 90 degree turn! Like the look, but had to fill the cracks with black caulk. Good thing they are 15 feet off the ground.

This product is ok. It's a little tough to work with, not very flexible and comes wrapped in a coil, like a snake. You have to let it soften up and unwind it before you can work with it. Use your hands to get it to conform to the wood planks. I used drywall screws to hold it in place. Since it was in the ceiling you can't see the screws. I don't think that glue would have worked, too much resistance. It's really expensive for what it actually is, which is a strip of rubber with knobs on it, but it does the job of hiding the seams in my wood ceiling beams and pretending to be wrought iron straps.
