I am extremely disappointed in the quality control, or lack thereof. I ordered multiple of these items and decided to leave them in the boxes until I was ready to tackle that portion of my project (my mistake). I should have definitely inspected the items immediately because when I opened the package, one of the items appeared to have already been painted with a satin finish and was also damaged. My assumption is that it had been painted and damaged by a previous customer, returned for a refund, and Wayfair made an attempt to resale the item without inspecting it first. It is well past the 30-day return window so I cannot request a replacement or refund. I have no choice but to order a replacement on my own dime but afterwards, I will never order from Wayfair again!
