Totally wrong item submitted!!!! Refund accepted but not submitted at due date!

Description states that it is functional, and it is, however, it is not a true louver. The air slots are "milled" and are too small. The design will allow water to infiltrate easily.

Only disappointment was that it only had one small slash for a functional Vent. I had hoped for multiply vents.

Very light weight and will not Crack like wood vents.

Three times I received the wrong size vent that was ordered. Three times I was told by customer service they would follow the order through with the supplier. Now customer service is not returning my calls to rectify the problem with my order.So now I have 2 large holes in my gable open to the elements and Wayfair will not get back to me to expedite the correct order.

I'm glad it will be installed up high because the plastic feel is not ideal.

After waiting more than 8 weeks after saying they were "in stock", you sent the wrong size. Said reorder would take another 8 weeks.

Product is excellent and looks great. It is CNC routed out of a single sheet of 1" thick PVC, which makes it much more affordable than similar products that are assembled out of multiple pieces. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of confusion with the sizing nomenclature, which forced me to order twice to get the correct size. Be aware that "W" is actually the height of the vent and "L" is the width, if you're looking at it installed on a wall.

Great craftsmanship, exactly as pictured.

I used these to cover up opening to crawl spaces on the exterior of my home. I was able to be cut them for precise modifications to fit. Great product!!
