Did what I wanted; got the look I wanted but WAY TO PRICEY for what it's made of. I hope it lasts. Has to be painted and caulked too.

Great brackets at a great price. The PVC is smooth and solid, heavier weight and easier to nail or screw through than the polyurethane foam brackets I used to get.

WE ADDED THESE TO OUR CABIN UP NORTH. THEY GAVE THE RUSTIC VIBE WITHOUT BEING OVER THE TOP, AND PVC IS PERFECT FOR DAMP WEATHER.

We used it on a coastal porch; paint adhered evenly and theres no movement through wind and rain.

The brackets are glued and put together well and edges are clean - they only need a touch sanding and depending on the exterior finish, maybe one coat of paint to clean up the appearance.
