Ordered two of these. One looked like first quality, second looked like a 'second' or 'blemished'. Both measured 36 3/16 x 23 3/4, not the advertised size of 36 x 24. The one had four nice square sides, the second had three square sides and one was out of square, bowed about 1/4 inch in the middle (I 'squared' it up on a saw, cuts easily but makes a lot of dust, wear mask). The second one had two repairs made (like 'footballs' in plywood). The first one had no damage. Both had some slight 'mold' marks that had to be sanded out. Two good things is this product sands and cuts easily. You have to handle with care as it is easily damaged.. It looks like it is just made out of styrofoam. Beats the cost of one made out of wood but not the quality I expected. I have pictures if needed.
