The wood itself looks beautiful however the problem is that the sides of each board are painted/stained black and whatever it is that was used to paint it black is powder like and leaves black stains on your hands and fingers making it then impossible not to stain the face of the panels (which is light wood color) as you are trying to install them... I reached out to Wayfair and they said the manufacturer was going to reach out to me, however I a few days later I got an email from Wayfair saying they are not able to resolve this. It is too late for me to replace these, so we will literally need to wipe down each panel on all sides and hope that whatever transfers to the wood surface, we will be able to wipe off. It would have been a great product if it wasn't for this crucial mistake in their choice of paint/stain or whatever it is n the sides.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST ITEM IN THE COMPANY DESCRIPTION IS NOT CORRECT GOT A BUNCH OF HEAVY PIECES AND IT DOESNT EVEN FIT IN CORRECT MEASUREMENTS HAD TO CANCEL CONTRACTORS /PAINTERS JUST PAYING LOTS OF FEES NOW AND STILL TRYING TO RETURN THIS NOT HPPY

I was quoted thousands for custom wood panels. Found these instead and decided to give it a shot. Honestly, I cant tell the difference between these and custom. Theyre gorgeous, lightweight, and saved me a fortune.
