The frame and base was sent at36 and walls were sent at 32 so packaging was sent wrong

The measurements the bottom floor and the top of it were 36in and the panels were 32 in what a joke

This item is both poor quality, and poor value for money. The shower valve did not have a thermostatically controlled valve ... which is a Building Code requirement. A call to Mustee confirmed they do not supply one. The licensed Plumber was uncomfortable installing a proper valve into it because of possible failure. I'm very disappointed as I researched this item carefully and read many of the reviews. In my view this unit is not fit for purpose. Is it possible to return this item.
