I am very dissatisfied with this company and its products. The product I bought stopped working as advertised after 10 months, and Electrolux promised to replace it in an email. However, every time I call them to follow up, they give me different excuses for why my replacement has not arrived yet. It has been two months and I am still waiting. Wayfair, where I bought the product from, also refuses to take any responsibility for the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Air Purifier about two weeks ago. Unpacked it and was very impressed with the quality of the materials: metal air grills, nice fabric, robust lifting/moving straps, etc. Also, the HEPA air filter is very easy to access and remove/replace. I like the compact vertical design and the neutral gray color that blends in with most decor. After downloading the Electrolux app and configuring the Air Purifier on my network, I was able to see air quality measurements, humidity and temperature. I was also able to control the unit from my iPhone, easy and handy! Finally, the unit is very quiet when running, manually set on fan speed 4 of 9! Running in the Smart/automatic mode, it runs on fan speed 2, based on air quality from the sensors. I highly recommend this great quality Air Purifier!!
