This faucet is attractive and works well. It is a 1/2-turn cartridge (washer-less) faucet, though the water starts flowing after 1/4 turn. Water control is very good and smooth, with no drips after shut-off. Many other cartridge faucets are 1/4-turn, so this is not a problem It is a very good value, costing well under $100. Wayfair's website listed it as made by Elements of Design, but it is actually by Kingston Brass, hence my title. I installed it in a double-sink vanity, as a replacement for a very old non-serviceable compression faucet. The other faucet in the bathroom had been replaced already, and this was the closest match in style that I could find. This faucet has a square spout and base, while my other one is rounded. The drain flange is plastic, so use clear silicone plumbing caulk to seal it -- DO NOT use plumbers' putty! It was relatively easy and straightforward to install, but ONLY because I own the correct large deep plumbing sockets needed for attaching the components to the sink from underneath. The only problem was with the drain tailpiece: the pop-up lever is installed into a collar that apparently is a press fit onto the smaller tailpiece pipe below. After installation and testing, I noticed some water seepage between this collar and the tailpiece pipe -- I cured the problem with a bead of silicone caulk all around the bottom of the collar. Simple to fix, but still should not have happened. This is the ONLY reason for the 4 stars, instead of the 5 I would have given it. This is a fine faucet. I recommend it, despite the slight tailpiece leakage problem.
