Exactly as pictured. Putting in a new house so ja ent gotten to install the yet, but great quality.

Good quality construction, looks great at a great price. Only complaint is that installation was quite difficult due to the thickness of our wall, which seems pretty standard drywall + subway tile. The backing barely grips the reverse side and needed to troubleshoot a couple hardware configurations to hold securely in place. Also, the hot/cold ceramic inserts came right out, and needed to be re-glued.
