Smoke And Carbon Monoxide Alarm (battery Powered)

Wrong units need to send back, but I really liked these state-of-the-art alarms

I am using this as a backup to protect us from the gas fireplace. I have read the instructions, and I am uncertain about the translation of the CO and Smoke Combo detector instructions. I give it a three because I hesitate to use it as a primary safety measure until someone clarifies it for me. Sorry.

This is exactly what I have been looking for now that my Grandchildren are at my house often. Carbon monoxide is hard to detect but with this unit I don’t have to have multiple ones installed. Keeping everyone in the household safe from harmful gases.

This is a very attractive unit. It takes 3 AA batteries. Once you insert the batteries, the unit shows a 120 second countdown on the screen while it sets up. After that I pressed the test button per the instructions and yep, it’s loud! It uses different noises based on whether the danger is smoke or carbon monoxide. It comes with screws for attaching to the wall but I used a command strip instead.

This is a nice, small, sleek looking smoke and carbon monoxide alarm. It is easy to set up. It requires double A batteries which are not included. After you put them in, you just shut the lid and it does a short count down and then it is ready to go.
