I’d like to file a complaint about how this order was handled. I called 3 times in an attempt to change the address: first one right after I placed it; second - the next day, and both times it was confirmed that the address would be changed. When I called the 3rd time, it was when the online tracking system showed that the order was due to arrive later that day, Aug 15th, at the wrong (original) address. The customer service rep said they had no record of address change. The rep then put me on hold to speak to UPS, and our call got disconnected. I didn’t receive a call back and called again, spoke to yet another agent, and that’s when I was told that the item had to be returned to the warehouse. That was last Thursday. To make up for this inconvenience, the agent said she will expedite shipping from warehouse to the new address at no extra cost to me and the item will be delivered on Monday, August 19th. When I checked the order tracking system on Monday, I saw that the item is being shipped via regular ground and is scheduled to arrive Friday (tomorrow). Item arrived 1 days earlier in the end. I wanted to emphasize how upset I am with the poor record keeping and communication system of Wayfair.

This sink was obviously a return from a previous buyer. I did not opt for an.opened box option Sink is in good shape but I'm missing most of the mounting hardware as the bag was open and the box was not sealed either. Screws and clips were all over the place inside and I don't have enough to mount it properly now.

We needed a slightly smaller than standard sink in our 1920s apartment building. The countertops are only 22" deep as opposed to now standard 24" deep. This fits perfectly.

I received the order in one day could not believe it. It also came in good shape I was a little reluctant because it was a sink. All in all for the first time using it was a good experience.
