I would give this 0 stars if I could. First, the water stream barely comes past the granite edge - meaning in order to simply wash your hands you are hitting the sink... More importantly, the center shaft is not long enough for a regular granite install! The faucet is totally loose and is unable to be tightened. On top of that - Elkay does not make an extension so you cannot make things better. This is a joke of a faucet and a total waste of money. Purchased brand new and now need to purchase something else.

The right and left brass shanks are long enough to be locked down on a standard granite countertop. The center shank is not long enough and can NOT be locked down. Makes for a poor installation. In addition, the spigot should be tighter although we have not experienced any leaks. Lucky my client is still working with me. Highly recommend this product is you have a cardboard or 1/4" plywood counter top Under mount granite installation never.
