This is a high quality and HEAVY toilet. It was packed extremely well and arrived in excellent condition. Installing toilets is pretty straight forward, in theory. It's all about the toilet flange and making sure it was installed level and isn't cracked. With a properly installed toilet flange, installing the toilet is a breeze. If you haven't picked up on it yet, my toilet flange had its issues. Once I fixed that the toilet went in like a breeze. This is a higher than normal toilet, or at least what I am used to, so be aware if you have little ones. I am 6' 3" so I have no complaints but I would say that it is a standard chair height so it should be good for most adults.

So appreciative of the packaging. It originally came in a huge box with thick styrofoam to ensure a safe delivery. Everything came inside- wax ring and screws (could have been a little longer), seat with screws that push in and expand so you don’t have to go through the back of the toilet covers and push system for the toilet. We are happy with it and the sleek design.

Super nice and elegant It will replace an old round toilet It came VERY well packaged and was easy for me (female-52) to move it alone (in parts). Next to the old, there is no comparison and will be game changer as I continue to redo the bathroom. It’s pure white and not one chip or anything

Excellent piece of quality and shape. Very easy to install due to the standard measurements. Drain capacity is a plus, as well as the amount of water capacity. Is a real deal to get some savings in your pocket. Also very easy to clean up due to the one piece structure. I love it. The only thing is the installation holes at the side should be a little big for better access to the bolts.

Very excited to install our new elongated dual flush toilet!!! Will be installed into our basement bathroom once we finish it. I like the length of the seat and the dual flush option. Packaging was great and shipped so quickly.
