Lovely item. One star for shady business practices. Despite the listing for this item clearly stating a "30 day return policy", when I went to return a set that ended up being more than we needed for our project, I was told there were no returns on this item. When I explained that the website states it can be returned and "exception" was made for me. No. You didn't make an "exception" for me. You honored your own return policy! Don't think you did me any favors, wayfair!
