Item looks great but is not the item that I agreed upon with the help of a sales representative who also spent time discussing the item's options with an Emtek representative. Received the knob version instead of the lever version as discussed. Returning it now. Once the correct item is received, I am pretty sure the item will be worth an additional star.

These are super nice and great quality. I did order a left handed one and I was sent right handed. Had to wait another 4-6 weeks to get another and the new one sent was also right handed instead of what I ordered. That part was very upsetting especially since this is a special order item but customer service was very helpful. These being so nice and good quality is the reason I give five stars.
