Beautiful and gave us the exact spa look we wanted!

This is perfect. Looks like wood but is tile. Will last a lot longer with no fading or scratching. Had to order a couple of extra pieces. Those arrived broken twice so should have just gotten 2 extra with the original order which came on a pallet and all were in perfect condition.

This tile is everything! Used it from floor to ceiling on my fireplace. It’s a showstopper. Everyone who walks in the door comments on it. My contractor did a lot of prep work on the wall due to the shear weight of the tile. Just gorgeous! Made the fireplace the focal point of my living room. Wayfair by far was the most affordable option because of their free shipping. Arrived perfectly with zero broken pieces.

To clarify, the product itself is aesthetically pleasing. I remodeled my bathroom with it and it looks amazing. I placed an order on July 5, 2025, for delivery on July 12, 2025. On July 7, I received an email indicating that FedEx was unable to deliver the product and that it would be sent via ground transportation by a different company. The delivery date was still set for July 12. However, a few days before the anticipated delivery date, it was changed to July 18th, followed by an update to July 16th. My contractor was scheduled to begin work on July 12th. Despite these changes, no updates were received until July 16th. I had to repeatedly contact Wayfair to inquire about the status of my order. After numerous false promises and expectations, I received my product on July 28, 2025, eight days after placing my order. This experience was profoundly disappointing with Wayfair, and it is unfortunate that there is no direct way to leave a review for Wayfair itself. Consequently, the company responsible for manufacturing the tile bears the burden of my dissatisfaction, as I am compelled to write a review about my experience with Wayfair on this particular order. ***By the way, due to the product arriving so late... It's cost me a few thousand because I had a deadline of having this project completed***
