We ordered this tile to surround our fireplace. It is really attractive, but a lot of tiles came chipped or broken, which is why only a 4. Our contractor is finally getting around to installing the tiles. I seem to remember that there were special instructions for cutting the tile on the Webpage where we ordered the tile. But I can no longer access that page. Please, can you provide a link or just the information?

Got the green ones. Gorgeous in person. Very slightly darker than pictured, but took forever to arrive and a box came broken / cracked as in other reviews.

Delivery took forever and the tiles arrived in very bad condition, most of them broken. Wayfair kindly helped and sent 2 new boxes, that again took ages to get here, but this time they were packaged properly and all in good shape. Beautiful tiles!
