4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from

These toilets are amazing and for the price you can’t beat it. We will be buying more as w we continue to renovate

Nice product will purchase again! Nothing beats a bidet and Wayfair has great prices. It came quickly and was easy to install.

We bought the toilet without knowing much about them. There was a sale and all the smart toilets looked the same but they are not. This toilet is more for a small framed person. It also sits low to the floor. The seat is not elongated and very compact. We ended up returning it for a larger model.

My contractor liked this product so much he purchased 10 more for other projects!
