Terrible. Delayed several times and finally after nearly 3 weeks of waiting, it arrived-very damaged. Sink basin had been rolling around in the box with the vanity. Obviously sent us an Open Box item, when we ordered new. Paid way too much to accept the damaged item. Go to return or exchange and now that model is out of stock. Delivery people were friendly but didn’t have a clue as they rolled the box end over end instead of carrying upright or using a dolly. Trying to talk to customer service but they never called back. Uploaded pics of the damage and lack of packing quality. Very disappointed in Wayfair this time. Still wondering how they plan to correct. Update- let me be very clear that the five stars are for the people that corrected the above situation. *First, Jewel a Wayfair supervisor contacted me by phone and email throughout the week, updating me on the shipment of the replacement vanity. She was very kind and understanding and made notes to track all pertinent information to my case. Thank you Jewel! *Alex R is the driver for the delivery of my replacement vanity. We had in the records for them to deliver the replacement and pick up the damaged vanity in the same trip. Alex and his partner did not have that information. They were told only to deliver the new item. But Alex initiated a call to his supervisor and the supervisor gave them the green light to pick up the damaged vanity and corrected the situation. Thank you Alex and partner! All that said, and after waiting over a month for this vanity, Jewel and Alex made it happen. Wayfair — PLEASE train your drivers and delivery personnel to properly handle large merchandise. The arrows on the box are there for a reason so that the merchandise is safe and supported. ***The same thing almost happened again as these drivers had the large box up on end again. My husband told them to set it upright correctly and showed them the damage that had been done to the first vanity and basin. They then understood and righted it. Wayfair - PLEASE put more packing and support around the sink basin for this exact reason!!

Looks great except the sink was shipped on the pull out drawer under sink hole and drawer broke because sink from Brian far that was it came out of packing material and bounced around.

This vanity is just beautiful. It arrived on time, but unfortunately the marble top was broken. After several back-and-forth with wayfair, a new top was received and everything is now perfect. The hardware is lovely. The color is great in delivery was very professional.

Very disappointed in the undermounted sink hardware and "putty" that was there. We had to purchase epoxy, clean out the putty that wasn't holding ANYTHING, and spend even more time to ensure that the hardware wouldn't pull out from the counter top.

Good fit, design and overall quality is just what we needed. It's a great looking piece.
