We had issues originally (missing parts), but customer service was responsive and finally got resolved.

Beautiful fixtures and well made! Even my installer told me they are really heavy and bring everything you need. I just finished installing and renovation is now completed. Im looking forward to trying out the jets and rain shower head!

I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it. He said he would never install one in his house because getting parts will be a problem. I hope we don’t need parts. So far it’s working wonderfully and the body spray with the main head is perfection. Honestly, it’s the nicest shower I’ve ever used and so happy it is in my house! I LOVE it! The color is brushed nickel.

I wanted a space for both my husband and I to share but not share. The items came quickly, works, and is versatile depending upon what your needs are at the moment. I love the design and the fact you can use all 4 at the same time. Priceless.

Girls dream shower. It’s great quality
