Purchased Everstein SFS-1017-NK12 shower system and was immediately impressed with the quality of the system, the instruction manual and video and its packaging, (it came with white gloves). While the quality of the product is impressive, what was exceptional is the customer service received. Linda in customer service is one of the best CSR I have ever interacted with. Immediate email responses, even on the weekend. A CSR is the public image of the company and a company could not ask for a better PR person.
