Plumber didn’t have any issues installing - finishing construction to see final results and then can provide feedback on water pressure and usage

When the plumber installed the system, there is a leak in two spots and so I opened a case with the manufacturer, but have been waiting for over 10 days for a replacement part. They keep stalling, and meanwhile my project is on hold. Also none of the customer service phone numbers work, they all go into a non responsive voicemail. Only way to communicate is through email. As of now not very satisfied with support. I will update this post once/if I get the replacement part.

I recently installed this shower system, and I’m beyond impressed! The water pressure is perfect, and the different spray settings make every shower feel luxurious. This looks amazing!! And boy was the shower head heavy. The jets you can move them they dont stay straight in one place. Love how you have lights and changes to so many colors. It works great. We havent used it yet but turned them on looks great deff do an update as soon as we use it. It doesnt feel light and cheap its heavy.
