Love the three modes and high quality shower valve, which feels "heavy" and elevates the looks/feel of the whole thing. Install was definitely for a pro and not a weekend DIY sort of thing. Superb product.

The three shower options for the water then easily adjusts for the temperature makes it wonderful for showering as well as cleaning and rinsing the shower with the hose system..wonderful for small children.

This item does not properly work and we are now out a lot of money. We ordered this item and had a professional plumber install it into our new shower. There is something wrong with the system that will not allow the hot water and the cold water to mix, so the water coming into our shower is either scalding hot or ice cold. We've had a plumber look at it and nobody can figure out why it won't work. Since we are outside the 30-day window, Wayfair won't help us solve the issue and we are out a LOT of money. I would NOT RECOMMEND buying this item.
