Arrived cracked completely through, twice. It's a very nice tub, but only if you're lucky to get one that hasn't been dropped a bunch of times in the warehouse. Wayfair refused to pick the broken tubs up, so now I need to pay to get rid of them at the dump. Not dealing with this again, getting one from a different store.
