⭐️ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience with Wayfair I purchased shower wall panels from Wayfair at the beginning of July, with the original delivery scheduled for August. The panels never arrived because, according to Wayfair, the package was lost. Wayfair then placed a new order and assured me the replacement would arrive last Monday. Once again, the delivery did not happen. Since then, I have been calling Wayfair every single day, trying to find out where my order is and when I can actually expect it. The most frustrating part is that no one seems to know what is going on. I keep getting different answers, but nobody can provide a clear explanation or a definite delivery date. This is not just an inconvenience. These are materials for a remodeling project, and when you are a contractor, delays like this can affect the entire project schedule and your customer. I understand that shipping problems can happen, but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication and accountability. After nearly three months, I still don’t have the product I paid for, and I still don’t have a reliable answer about when I will receive it. Wayfair needs to do much better when it comes to shipping, communication, and taking responsibility when something goes wrong. Very disappointed with this experience. I expected much better from a company of this size.
