Exact replacement. After a few years the paint on the buttons start to wear off. These actuators are easy to replace.

Unfortunately didn't work upon installation, the toilet continued to flush since the actuator plate did not pull the necessary lever to turn off the tank. Already a very disappointing outcome made worse by the fact that we can't return the product either. I would recommend buying the actuator plate of the manufacturer of your in wall tank carrier. That should set you up for success.

It turned black and dull never cleaned it with anything but a rag. In the big button and right corner.

I bought 2 of these toilets for my master bathroom and half bathroom under a staircase. They save a lot of space and are easy to clean. Installation is pretty straightforward. The flush is a bit loud but powerful. The tank holds a lot of water.

Modern look with the brushed nickel finish. Functions smoothly too. Did not love that it’s pretty fragile for the price, dented top slightly with install while trying to be very very careful. And fingerprints show up very easily. Be prepared to keep polish nearby.
