These are just what you'd expect them to be - sturdy no-rust metal to live in your door forever and engage the latch. They've conveniently included two in the package along with screws for both. I'll be using both together, because the door frame in my yurt shifts microscopically depending on the rain or heat on the deck it's sitting on, and the door pops open on it's own. Stacking these plates will add enough depth to keep the door solidly closed. It's nice to know they're good quality and will last. Fair price too. :)

These door lip strikes are exactly what I needed to finish the hardware makeover for my door. I recently bought a home and painted all the doors. The lip strikes weren’t the right size and the latch kept hitting the wood trim of the doorway. These matched my current door handle perfectly and keep the wood trim protected!

I am still trying to get my door level and that’s the reason for the markings but the latch is holding well so far. I think it’s high quality metal it holds the door with a lot of applied weight. Overall great product.

Just the perfect color I was trying to get to match my around home door accessories. Color is solid to the item not faded at all. In the future I would like to order another set to exchange older ones from door frames. I would recommend this item
