Butoir de fenêtre

I ordered this window slide stop for my sliding glass door. I haven’t quite figured out how to use it but I’m still trying lol. It is made very well. I e tried it on my door but can’t push it down to lock

well this review is supposed to be 200 characters so Ill try to stretch it. this was the worst piece of security for a sliding window that Ive seen yet. in the first place the instructions are by picture only, really did not realize I had to disassemble it to put it on the track (there is a little note on there that says tool required) and then I could not lock it all the way because it probably would have broke due to it being aluminum. so no this gets one star at best and this is definitely a negative review. the brand is usually more dependable. it also comes with a warning on the back label that you could be exposed to lead and other chemicals so thats not a good thing. I would NOT purchase this again but Im glad I had the opportunity to review it, I will have to hunt for another security measure and if I have to Ill just put a piece of dowel wood in my track.
