Product arrived 2/9/26 with manufacturer defect. I immediately called wayfair customer support and talked to Rachel who said within two days (2/11/26) I would receive an email with a return label to return defective item, and new one will arrive 2/17/26. Today (2/13/26) I called customer service because email never came, talked to RuthAnn, and got totally different information. Their busy, new one has not been ordered, email with return label has not been sent. I asked RuthAnn if I should dispute this charge, and was assured this will be taken care of. I will wait three days.

I really like the look of the fireplace screen. Sometimes I would sit in my armchair, stare at it and admire its beauty

It’s more sturdy than I thought it would be. I bought it because it looked orange-ish to me. However it’s definitely not orange toned but more purplish/mauve toned. It’s stil very pretty.

I love this screen, but its broken and I want a replacement screen asap. I've been looking forward to receiving it and was so disappointed when it showed up broken

Beautiful exactly what I expected. I carefully reviewed this product prior to purchasing it and I am very pleased. It looks beautiful in our living room, it is very elegant. My only negative comment is that we have a gas fireplace and the light does not filtrate through the screen. I am not sure why, however not a big deal as I purchased it as a decorative accent piece.
