Not what I was expecting, but that was my fault. The lip of the trim is only about an inch longer. The picture made me think it was longer

We used this trim for a window in our shower and looks great. Very happy with it.

Easy to use and cut to size. Like the way it makes the window look like it has a nice frame on it.

It looks awesome. Haven't got it installed yet. The shower panel came damaged so we are at a standstill til the new shower surround gets here.

IMPORTANT - If Doing with Window kit see note below. I would give it 1.5 stars. Overall, ease to install, looks good and trims out nice. It gave me the waterproof confidence I wanted. I backed it with green board which I in turn coated with a waterproof membrane. I cut it with both straight edge and jig saw and think I Iike the razor blade approach. The instructions and video was helpful. I did call about one instillation issue with my window kit and the person put me through to voicemail and I never received a call back. IF INSTALLING WINDOW KIT...This only applies if your window kit is not entirely contained in the tub surroung. Mine has about a third of the windwon stick up above the tub surround. The instructions assume a window within the tub surround boundries. What happens is if you lined up everything right, when you put in your trim, you will have a 1/4 misalignment from the window kit to the tub trim. Not a problem if you are not a perfectionist like me. I wish the instructions would have thought ahead about this.
